Dogs are welcome to stay at The Salty Dog, in fact positively encouraged!

Why would you want to come on a family holiday to Camber Sands and not bring the whole family (even those with four legs). We welcome every member of your family at The Salty Dog and especially your dog. As you can probably guess from the photos, we do have our very own Salty Dog called Chloe, a springer spaniel full of character, so we know exactly what makes a self-catering holiday with your furry friend relaxing and fun.

The things that make The Salty Dog the perfect holiday pad for you and your dog(s) are:

Naturally you appreciate that having a pet requires a little extra housework, so we ask for an additional payment of £20 to cover this.

Dogs love the beach at Camber Sands, in fact we think it’s the best beach in the world, but then we are probably biased. Take a look for yourselves at the miles of open sandy beach and dunes at Camber Sands that await exploring by you and your dog.

Dogs are allowed on the beach all year round. Between 1st May and 30th September certain restrictions apply but the beach is so vast that there is still ample space to enjoy the freedom of being off the lead, in the sea, on the beach and in the dunes.
