"Our family certainly found Rock Lobster a wonderful place to unwind. All the little touches (toy box, kids and adult books, hand wash etc.) made for a carefree day. Daisy Dog went to Rye, Hastings, Hythe, Romney Railway and the Lighthouse at Dungeness. The highlight of our holiday was a day spent at Dover Castle with our Princess and Knights. 1066 Country is an amazing place and we need another 3 weeks here to explore more!"
The Green Family from Waihi Beach, New Zealand, April 2018
"A fabulous week despite the weather! Long beach walks with Bertie and Bella, then back to the warm, comfortable and cosy Rock Lobster, where we all feel welcomed equally. I'm sure we will be back again."

"We have had a lovely holiday, we were lucky to have nice weather to go and play on the beach, which Poppy loved also. Skye (dog) spent hours chasing her ball in and out of the sea - couldn't wait to get in her bed when we got home! Daisy Dog has had some outings as well and has slept with Poppy ever night. A lovely cottage with everything you need. Jamie was excellent in answering my querries - a plus was they came in and changed the linen for the second week - a very nice touch. Thank you for our stay, hopefully we will return as Poppy is adamant she is not going home; "We can stay at our holiday home for ever", she said."

"What a delightful little cottage Rock Lobster is. A wonderful relaxing spot for the humans and a paradise for the canine friends. We had super walks on the beach together and the most scrumptious bacon butties at the cafe afterwards. Finally, the homemade scones and jam were a real treat and much apprecaited. Thank you."

The beach was beautiful, even when cold and windy and great for kids and adults alike."
